Aria Garcia is CEO and Creative Director of AREGA, an emerging women’s couture brand based in Los Angeles, California. AREGA gowns have graced Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam covers December 2020 and April 2021 issues. Also featured on numerous fashion and entertainment platforms including Cosmopolitan, Vogue Brazil and Entertainment Tonight, Aria prides the brand with providing clients a one-of-a-kind experience. In 2015, Aria unveiled the highly received debut AREGA collection at New York Fashion Week. The brand went on to present several other well received collections at New York Fashion Week solidifying AREGA’s notoriety. The established foundation paved way for AREGA’s Fall 2020 atelier opening in Hollywood, California.
AREGA currently serves Hollywood’s finest clientele with continued brand recognition and growth both domestic and international. Aria is credited with creating signature couture pieces for some of the entertainment industry’s elite including international supermodels Meredith Mickelson and Elaine THI; rapper Saweetie; make-up guru Patrick Starrr; Japanese pop star Mika Nakashima; Sports Illustrated model Jessica White; Grammy winning artist Mya; and TV/Radio Host Melyssa Ford amongst others. Aria is multitalented and has cultivated AREGA via authentic personal and professional experiences. As a proud Transgender woman, her passion and persistence fuel inspiration. Outside fashion and designing, Aria is an actress and influencer. She made her acting debut on season one of Ryan Murphy’s hit series “Pose” on FX. Notably, in 2017, Aria became the first Transgender woman to compete for the title of Miss Universe U.S. Virgin Islands. She captured the 1st Runner-Up title and credits the ground-breaking experience with propelling her to achieve other goals. Aria’s journey, accomplishments and unwavering love for community are the pillars of her work ethic.
